The IDA Care Foundation recently approved a donation
for CMR Ermelo.
The IDA Care Foundation recently
approved a donation for tiles, cement and grout for CMR
Child and Youth Care Centre in Ermelo. The building materials
will be used to the refurbish their bathrooms.
House
parents, Fanie and Veronica Viljoen, take care of 12 children
between the ages 4 and 19 at the CMR Child and Youth Care
Centre.
The basic needs at the CMR Child and Youth
Care Centre are food, clothing, general medical items and
transport to and from school and appointments.
“We
want to thank Fanie, Veronica and staff for the opportunity
to visit CMR Ermelo and their contribution towards these
children’s caregiving as well as their upbringing – we observed
nothing but disciplined behaviour in a neatly maintained
environment (imagine you had 12 kids!),” says Erwee Boshoff
from the IDA.
“A special note of thanks also goes
out to Wilna from GWM Ermelo – who arranged the introduction
and invited our participation. To Arwin and staff at Timber
City – Ermelo, a big thank you for the delivery of the material
free of charge.”
A further need now exists. They
have the materials, but the tiling needs to be done by skilled
labourers and they welcome any further donations toward
this next step.
Please call Issie Dippenaar on 076
305 8026 / 087 550 0510 or Reynhardt on 0839853604 at CMR
Ermelo if you can help.
Thank you
Issie Dippenaar, Manager at CMR, wrote to Erwee
to thank the IDA for their contribution:
“Namens
