Dear Member

Be happy at work

We spend in excess of half of our waking hours at work. That’s why it is so important to be happy at work. But the workplace can also be daunting with many obstacles and challenges.

Ultimately though, it is up to each one of us to ensure our own wellbeing at work. Make the choice to be happy at work (and at home, of course) by taking action, assuming responsibility for your actions, seeking opportunities for growth and building sound relationships.

To help you in this quest, we provide some advice on how to handle difficult situations in the workplace, what it means to act with integrity, the importance of soft skills and why it is important for both employees and employers to follow the correct rules and procedures.

All the best,

Martlé Keyter, CEO Operations
Motor Industry Staff Association (MISA)
