Dear Member,
Credit Act offers better protection

It is a startling fact that almost half of South Africa’s credit-active consumers are in arrears of their monthly repayments by three months or more. That is why the National Credit Amendment Act is aimed at eradicating reckless lending and thereby offering the consumer better protection. Credit providers now also have to comply with a number of criteria. Please see the link in the first article for more information.
In this issue, we also bring you an update on the FAIS AMENDMENT ACT Section 13(1)(c) and SuperSpark tells us why it is imperative to dealer stock your vehicles.

All the best until next time,

Pieter Wessels
