We go out of our way to ensure the safety and protection of all our members at Kitty Hawk.
And while the risk of fire is always imminent at facilities such as airports and airfields, we take all precautionary steps to prevent or eliminate any danger.
To this end, six of our staff members (two fuel attendants and four kitchen staff) recently attended a fire-fighting course to further their skills.
And we are happy to report that not only did everyone pass the course, but three members achieved full marks while the others scored well over 80 percent each!
"Now we can keep Kitty Hawk even safer," says Airport Manager, Dawie Pretorius.
