MISA Women’s Forum members ride for a good cause

There were many happy young faces when Virna Potterton, the MISA Woman of the Year 2014, handed over a cheque for R20 000 to the Molo Songololo Child Rights Organisation.

The money was raised as part of an awareness campaign by the MISA Women’s Forum to end the violence against women and children. A group of intrepid bikers took to the open road and rode all the way from Bloemfontein to Beaufort West for this good cause.

“We would like to thank everybody who participated in the ride and, in particular, Harley-Davidson and Imperial GM Bloemfontein, for supporting our initiative,” says Martlé Keyter, MISA’s CEO Operations.
