Dear Member

Act responsibly – at work and home

In our modern and stressed environment, the lines between work and personal life have become much more blurred.

And it has become more difficult to establish work-life boundaries. That is why we can no longer protest that what happens outside work has no consequence in the work environment. This is especially true in the case of social media, where we may be held accountable for our actions on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, whether the post was done at home in private time or not.

In this issue we look at why we should be aware of the pitfalls of social media, how to ensure that everyone is safe and healthy in the workplace, and when to keep that hilarious joke to yourself!

Last, but not least, a big thank you to all our partners in this year's MISA BOY/GIRL-CHILD-AT-WORK DAY. It was a resounding success and we will share all the photos and news in the next edition of the MISA eDATA and the MISA DATA magazine.

All the best,
until next time,

Martlé Keyter, CEO Operations
Motor Industry Staff Association (MISA)
