Dear Member

Looking after yourself
As usual, this month’s eDATA is filled with advice and suggestions on how to better perform in the workplace and live life to the fullest.

And while we all strive to do our best, we often neglect the most important person in the process – ourselves! Without the proper self-care, such as following a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and exercise, and managing our stress levels, we land up in a downward spiral. See our hints and tips in this issue and make self-care a priority!
