Dear Member
Looking after yourself
As usual, this month’s eDATA
is filled with advice and suggestions on how to better perform
in the workplace and live life to the fullest.
And
while we all strive to do our best, we often neglect the
most important person in the process – ourselves! Without
the proper self-care, such as following a healthy diet,
getting enough sleep and exercise, and managing our stress
levels, we land up in a downward spiral. See our hints and
tips in this issue and make self-care a priority!
Why it really pays to belong to MISA At MISA,
we also strive to always do our very best for our members.
As a valued MISA member, you qualify for a host of benefits,
including expert advice in labour-related matters, such
as unfair labour practices, dismissals and retrenchments,
but also financial assistance when you need it most, such
as the MISA Benefit and Funeral Fund as well as Maternity,
Retrenchment, Ill-health/disability Benefits.
